Games, Games, Games!

In this hand-on workshop participants will learn a variety of math games that can be used at the gr.1-3 level, to develop number sense.  Participants will be provided with ready to use games that can be used in their classrooms to enhance their current math program.  These math games would be a great addition for teachers who are using the Daily 5 program.  A portion of the workshop will be used to discuss how to use math journals to allow students to communicate their mathematical thinking.
