Starling Minds: An Online Program For Teachers To Boost Their Mental Fitness

This keynote will review concepts such as the mental health continuum and the stressors unique to the teaching profession. This provides a foundation for learning evidence-based strategies to increase your resilience to stress. Practicing these strategies leverages your brain’s neuroplasticity to create more positive connections and break old problematic ones. Training your brain can increase your mental fitness, decision-making skills, assertiveness, and confidence.

Register for the Starling program https://app.starlingminds.com/registration/bctf before the keynote or bring your own device with you.
