Delving into the new English focus areas

It is an exciting time for English teachers! We\'re looking forward to our smaller class sizes when the contract is restored (max 25!) and looking forward to the exciting options we will be teaching in English 10 and 11. Bring some ideas you have been working on! If you have activities, outlines, partial unit plans, rubrics, self assessment tools etc that you\'ve developed or adapted, even if they still need work, bring 20 copies to facilitate sharing. Marina will talk about many ideas for the New Media focus area and Kasha will talk about the Spoken Language focus area. Let\'s inspire each other!
