Shake Up Your Fact Fluency - Primary Games and Activities for Differentiated Math Centers

Come prepared to play my favorite games that include the use of regular spotted dice, used in both math trays and shakers.  You will learn how to differentiate and adapt all the games to meet the needs of all students.  Games can be sued whole class or in centers and will cover the following concepts:  early operational strategies including doubles, make 10, 20, and 100, count on and back, using number lines for estimating sums and differences, commutative and associative properties of addition, early multiplication, mental math strategies and more.  Handout will contain games, journal writing extensions, math talk ideas and concept skills checklists for assessment.  Get ready to rock and roll in this fast paced workshop.
