Idk: Helping Students Make Decisions

Do your students struggle to make personal or group decisions? Do they have trouble deciding where they stand on big issues or are unable to think critically about current events? This workshop will give you practical ideas for teaching decision skills to students so they can make better personal choices, resolve conflicts with classmates and friends, and thoughtfully decide on points of view surrounding larger scientific and world issues. Leave with ideas for quick daily or weekly decision skills activities as well as larger units around the topics of current events, alternative energy and accessibility.
