In this class, you will build your flexibility, stamina and endurance. You will experience and learn the meanings of each of the dances by trying each of the styles. This class blends pow wow moves with yoga and callisthenics to tone and strengthen your mind body and spirit.
Shyama-Priya is an accomplished pow wow dancer and has danced at various events from local to International, for nearly 20 years. Her passions include health and wellness through diet and she also practices Yoga. Shyama-Priya's father was from Bihar India and her mom has Celtic, Icelandic, and Cree roots.
