Body Awake Yoga is more than just a strength-building and flexibility practice. It helps students learn how to calm their minds, relieve stress and get in touch with their inner power. 

In this active session, you’ll learn how to help students:

A yoga mat or towel will be helpful for this active session. If you have blocks or straps you can have those too but they are not necessary.
