Bill Adair is author of "The Emotionally Connected Classroom- wellness and the learning experience". He has 33 years of secondary teaching experience and currently instructs post grad classes at Douglas College specializing in the socio-emotional/motivational component of physical literacy.
Shelley coached high school wrestling for over 30 years and was a foundational builder of women's wrestling in British Columbia. She regularly presents at conferences and schools alongside her husband Bill.
