Jennifer is Social Emotional Learning Advocate with the Surrey School District. Here, Jennifer supports teachers and schools with schoolwide Social and Emotional learning. She has a masters of Education from SFU, with a focus on Responsive Curriculum. Jennifer has been a classroom teacher for over ten years, spending most of her time teaching within the primary grades. Relationships have been and continue to be a key to Jennifer’s work with children and adults.
Sarah is a Social and Emotional Learning Advocate with the Surrey School District. Sarah supports teachers and schools with schoolwide Social and Emotional Learning. She has taught in elementary schools throughout the district, and is currently working on a Master’s of Education in Contemplative Practices at SFU. Sarah is passionate about mental and physical well-being, and enjoys running, yoga, and being outdoors.
