Simple Tips for Healthy Lunches

Eating well is a cornerstone of health and wellbeing. Teachers already struggle with time limitations and work/life balance. This workshops will help teachers learn how to save time in their already busy lives. If you struggle with how to prepare healthy and delicious lunches; this workshop is for you! Learn how to organize your pantry, how to save time with meal preparation and join me in the kitchen for 3 simple recipes. This interactive workshop will involve a live cooking demonstration and all participants will be provided with a recipe booklet and cooking video.
