Come prepared to play our student's favorite games and learn strategies for mastering basic multiplication/fact fluency. Teachers continue to express that students have gaps in basic fluency, you will get many games and strategies to use whole class and in small group, differentiated centers to help your students. The other half of the workshop will include games for multi-digit addition, subtraction, multiplication and division. Games will incorporate the use of cards, regular dice and multi-sided dice. Handout will include games, journal and math talk extensions, concept skill checklists for assessment. Games and strategies can be used immediately in your classroom. Great for home practice too!
